       Flat water Paddle Boarding is a whole core body workout that you won't find in any gym. The lagoon is a very kid friendly area and your children are welcome to join us  and can even ride tandem.  If you have your own Stand Up Paddle board or are just thinking about trying this sport.

"I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH FUN I HAD ON THE STAND UP PADDLE BOARD. I WAS NERVOUS AT FIRST BUT THEN I CAUGHT ON AND HAD A BLAST. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GO OUT THE FIRST TIME FOR 20 MINUTES BUT MY WHOLE CORE AND SHOULDERS WERE SORE THE NEXT DAY. " I first heard about this stand up paddle boarding from my husband and he said that it was a great core work out. I told him that I already have a workout program and still not enough time for much else, but he convinced me to try it. I got out on his really big guys board and had a great time and great workout. The only problem that I had was carrying the board back to the car. I research girls stand up paddle boards and found nothing. So I had jason ( my husband) make me one, I wanted something lite weight and it had to be cute. This is the best  workout that I've had and it's fun to be in the water with my boys , they just ride with me.This is such a fun time with a group of  girls.When we water we are in the water out on are paddle boards , we get to talk and laugh while we workout.
