Sup Girly Fitness Classes

Looking for something NEW in your workout?

SUP Girly Fitness is a 1-hour cross training work out. We incorporate paddling with on shore cardio drills and strength exercises. The class is designed to increase your endurance and strengthen your entire body. Whether you are an avid paddler or brand new to paddling, SUP Girly Fitness is the workout for you! No shoes required. Daycare is on Thursday's only.

The Carlsbad Stand Up Paddle Board Club offers a perfect place for any 3 hour escape, seven days a week! Get away from your busy schedule to play, relax & explore on the Agua Hedionda lagoon. If your planning a team building day, a couples getaway or any other group events this will be a fun & fit way to celerbrate.

No Surfing experience required!

Stand up paddle boarding is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing outdoor recreational activities.

The Carlsbad sup club offers a safe & enjoyable environment to learn this awesome ocean & flat water sport. We are on the Carlsbad Lagoon perfect for flat water paddling. Everyone from kids to adults will master standup paddling.We have all the equipment, instructors & classes to make your paddling experience enjoyable over and over.
